Okay, I added ,more ridges to the turq/red and the purple stripe to the top. I like it. But--the piece across the bottom now measures 51". The first pyth jacket measure 33". The bottom is knit so it does extend to a bit into the front but not 9 extra inches. So, it sits. I am meditating on it. What if I just add the purple to it without doing the increases at the beginning and end of every row? Increasing at just the center back? Normally, I would just rip it back and see, but I think I actually will, let it sit, and maybe do a test one. Hmmm, that is so out of character for me. Who has taken over my body? Or maybe I will just start that incredible ribbon poncho.
