Get Set, Cast ON!

I have decided on the Pie Are Squared Shawl out of some of my denim unspun icelandic from Schoolhouse Press. The jury is still out on if or what lace patterns will be used. I swatched last night with my Knit Picks needles. I like the points, but am not sure if I am going to stick with them for the unspun, it seems like the knitting is kind of draggy over the wood.

Unfortunately, I have to work today, so casting on will have to wait until tonight!
