*Increase 1st at both ends

Continue between * until you have 12 stitches or desired width.

Garter Stitch until you have your desired length.

*Decrease 1 st at both ends
Knit 1 row*

Continuing between * until 2 sts with last row being a knit row.

Bind Off, Weave in ends.
