Sweatin It



The whole time I was knitting on the final border of the afghan I was sweatin it.  I wanted to finish it by Sunday night so I could block it on Monday.  And I knew the yarn shop that I had purchased it from was not open on Sunday or Monday.



This is what I had left when the final bind off was done.  Golly, was that cuttin it close or what.



So of course, I threw it over the chair unblocked to see what it would look like.    Not bad.

 In the light of day and blocking on the dining room table, I am more than pleased with the results.

 Now, onto a little sweater that I would like to have done for the shower.  Heck, there are a couple of things still to be knitted for this shower and the next one the following Saturday.
